At Estate Brokerage Group we understand that times are changing and technology is making selling a house much easier than it was in years past.  Because of this, we have devised two different programs to better serve sellers, and to make sure they aren’t paying for extra services they might not want or need.

Full Service – Listing Fee 2.5%

The Nashville and Middle Tennessee market is red-hot right now, and it doesn’t take much to sell a home as long as it is priced right.  For a listing fee of 2.5%, we will pull comparable listings and conduct a pricing analysis to see what your specific local market looks like and where your price might land.  We will photograph and upload your listing to the MLS, coordinate showings with buyers and their agents, negotiate, help with the title and closing, and more.  We will basically do what you would expect from any real estate agent to sell your house with exception of printing/distribution flyers and similar marketing materials and hosting open houses.

Full Service Marketing Plus – Listing Fee 3%

This is the more traditional structure seen over the last few decades, which might be more appropriate for luxury homes or unique houses which require open houses and print marketing materials to sell.  There are some circumstances that warrant these methods, but in today’s market in Middle, TN and Nashville, they are few an far between.
